Filter mat M5 prefilter for LRA and LAS series 150 to 250 - ULT 02.0.009

The prefilter decides how often the far more expensive main filter has to be replaced. This M5 class mat works as the prefilter stage in the 150 to 250 series extraction units and picks up coarse dust and sticky flux aerosols before the air reaches the HEPA stage.

Applications

Routine servicing of solder fume units in electronics manufacturing, repair shops and training workshops. ULT points out that only a regular change of the prefilter elements at shorter intervals keeps the H13 main filter from clogging early. Processes with a high flux content therefore call for a shorter change interval than plain dust loads.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Intended for the ULT extraction units LRA 150, 200, 220 and 250 plus LAS 150, 220 and 250. Supplied as one filter mat, the main filter of the series is available separately.
