Concentric Ring Probe Model 880 with Carrying Case and Calibration Certificate - Warmbier WL20885

The Warmbier Model 880 ring probe is a concentric measuring electrode for determining surface and volume resistance on planar ESD materials. Combined with a resistance meter it captures point-to-point, surface and resistance-to-ground readings in line with DIN EN 61340-2-3.
