Sensitive components need a liner that gives way and still drains charge. This PU foam is open cell, set to a soft grade and permanently conductive through carbon. The cut piece measures 253 x 353 x 15 mm.

Application

The cut piece is used as cushioning in ESD storage containers and transport boxes, as an interlayer between stacked assemblies and as a soft liner in drawers at the EPA workstation. For parts with connectors, displays or exposed leads the soft support is preferable to the bare container wall.
