ESD intermediate layer for storage bins, conductive, 553 x 353 x 3 mm - Warmbier 5401.0353

The intermediate layer covers the floor of an ESD storage bin or keeps two layers of components apart. Carbon in the polypropylene makes the sheet volume-conductive, so sensitive assemblies never rest on insulating plastic, even in bins that have been in circulation for years.

Advantages

Application

Floor liner and separator in ESD storage bins for transport and interim storage of PCBs and assemblies inside the EPA. Stacked layers keep batches apart so that components never lie on top of each other.
