Protective cup rectangular, 5.2 x 9.5 mm, for hot-air rework - JBC P3355

The JBC P3355 is a rectangular protective cup with a 5.2 x 9.5 mm opening for hot-air rework of SMD assemblies. It directs the hot air stream onto the component being desoldered and keeps the heat away from neighbouring parts so they are not damaged during removal.

Applications

Desoldering and replacing SMD components such as QFP, BGA, PLCC and connectors on JBC hot-air rework stations. The cup is positioned over the component; combined with a tripod stand the part can be lifted off cleanly once the solder has reflowed.

Suitable for JBC hot-air repair stations. Used without an integrated stand; can be combined with a JBC tripod stand. Scope of delivery: 1 protective cup JBC P3355.
