Diagonal cutter with narrow head, VDE insulated 1000 V, 160 mm - Knipex 70 06 160

Inside distribution boards and terminal boxes there is rarely room for a bulky head. The 70 06 160 diagonal cutter therefore has a narrow head style and cuts hard wire up to 2.0 mm dia. with induction hardened edges of approx. 61 HRC, without having to reposition the pliers.

Standards and conformity

The diagonal cutter complies with DIN ISO 5749. The insulated grip sleeves are VDE tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900 and are therefore approved for work up to 1000 V AC. According to the manufacturer the pliers contain no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply.
