Filter mat M5 without frame pack of 10 for LAS and ASD filter trolley - ULT 02.0.237

The filter mat is the cheapest item in the filter train and still decides how long bag and particulate filters last. These ULT M5 mats form the upstream coarse stage of the LAS units and the ASD filter trolley and are supplied as a pack of 10.

Applications

Routine wear part changes at extraction points with a high dust load, for example mixing, milling, decanting and dosing, grinding work or workshops with mixed operations. The mat is replaced more often than the downstream stages and protects them from early clogging.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Suitable for the ULT extraction units LAS 150, LAS 220 and LAS 250 as well as for the ASD filter trolley, included in filter system F2. Delivery covers 10 M5 filter mats without a removable frame, the matching frame is available separately. ULT no longer lists the LAS 150, LAS 220 and LAS 250 series in its standard portfolio, filter media and service remain available according to the manufacturer. The Restauro, MED and LabCat versions of the JUMBO filter trolley 2.0 use their own set of 10 under number 4-00232.
