Common chip sizes come off fastest when the termination is contacted across its whole width. The blade-shaped PTTC-702 cartridge with a 1.1 x 1.3 mm face sits exactly there and transfers heat without rocking.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The cartridges fit the Metcal MX-PTZ handpiece only and therefore run on the MX-500, MX-5000 and MX-5200 systems. One pair of PTTC-702 cartridges is supplied, the tweezers themselves are not included.
