ESD Omniflex extraction arm 63 mm 140 m3/h with rectangular nozzle - Oki EA1122

Solder fume rises straight into the operator breathing zone when the extraction inlet is not close enough to the joint. The EA1122 Omniflex arm from Oki has a 63 mm diameter for higher air volumes and captures fume from a greater distance. The rectangular nozzle covers an elongated working zone, for example along the edge of a board. Fully conductive material makes the arm ESD safe.

Applications

Hand soldering positions and rework cells in electronics manufacturing, repair and laboratory work. The rectangular nozzle suits elongated capture zones such as several adjacent joints or the edge of an assembly.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Part of the Oki Omniflex system with 63 mm diameter and combinable with further Omniflex segments and nozzles. Scope of delivery is the extraction arm with rectangular nozzle. Extraction unit, base mount and extension segments are ordered separately.

The fully conductive design supports use in EPA areas according to IEC 61340-5-1.
