The expanded metal filter forms the first stage in the air path of ULT series 300 units, catching coarse particles and spatter before they load the filter mats. Its mechanically stable mesh handles high airflow and outlasts several mat changes. Fits LAS 300, LRA 300, SRA 300 and ASD 300.

Applications
Extraction at soldering lines, rework benches and grinding or laser processes that release coarse particles. The metal filter is inspected at each service interval and replaced once the mesh is deformed or permanently caked.
