Expanded metal prefilter series 300 - ULT 02.1.476

Series 300 extraction units draw in coarse particles and solder spatter alongside flux aerosols. The 02.1.476 expanded metal filter holds them back before they prematurely block the downstream M5 and F7 mats, protecting the whole filter chain.

Applications

Extraction at soldering lines, rework benches and grinding or laser processes that release coarse particles. The metal filter is inspected at each service interval and replaced once the mesh is deformed or permanently caked.
