Combination filter cassette H13A main filter series 300 - ULT 02.1.421

Solder fume consists of particles and of gaseous fractions. The H13A combination cassette handles both: the H13 HEPA filter to EN 1822 retains the aerosols, and the downstream adsorption filter binds gases and odours before the air returns to the workspace.

Applications

Recirculating operation at soldering benches, in rework cells and during bonding or potting processes that release gaseous emissions alongside particles. Replace it when the prefilter has already been renewed and differential pressure stays high or odour breaks through.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

In the LRA 300 MD.14 K, LRA 300 MD.16 K and LRA 300 HD.13 K units the cassette is the main filter stage of filter set K, which also comprises the expanded metal filter (ULT 4-00327) and the M5/F7 filter mat set (ULT 4-00266). On ASD 300 2Pa, ASD 300 TH and LAS 300 2Pa it is fitted in the H13A post-filter module (ULT 0300.0-NFM021). Scope of delivery: one H13A cassette with HEPA and adsorption filter.

The HEPA stage corresponds to filter class H13 as defined in EN 1822.
