ESD PCB holder, dissipative PE hard foam, 25 slots, 355 x 255 x 25 mm - Warmbier 4550.25.0255.LP

Between placement, test and assembly, printed circuit boards need a resting place where they neither touch each other nor collect charge. This holder takes up to 25 assemblies in individual slits, and the permanently dissipative PE hard foam bleeds off charge in a controlled way instead of releasing it as a spark.

Application

Inside the EPA the holder serves as intermediate storage at placement, test and rework benches, and for moving populated boards through the plant on trolleys or in racks. Because the foam itself is dissipative, the board stays at the same potential as the grounded work surface while it is pushed in or pulled out.
