ESD separator with 3 mm PE foam, 353 x 253 x 6 mm, 2 bevelled corners - Warmbier 5425.0253.0353.PE

When assemblies are stacked on top of each other in a storage container, the upper layer presses on the one below. This separator, 353 x 253 x 6 mm, keeps the layers apart and combines two functions in one part, a stiff PP hollow chamber profile as the load-bearing plane and a glued-on 3 mm PE plug-in foam as the soft face.

Application

Separating layer between stacked boards and assemblies in the storage container, top layer above the uppermost row, and bottom liner wherever a dissipative soft face is needed. The foam side faces the component, the profile side carries the next layer.
