Permastat ESD gusseted bag for pallets, pink, 1250 + 850 x 900 x 0.15 mm - Warmbier 3113.1250.0900

As soon as assemblies leave the plant by the pallet, the whole load unit has to be wrapped, not just the individual carton. Gusseted bag 3113.1250.0900 measures 1250 + 850 x 900 x 0.15 mm and therefore fits over a pallet or mesh box up to 900 mm packing height.

Benefits

• Electrostatically dissipative polyethylene film, the load unit does not become a source of charge
• Bag size 1250 + 850 x 900 mm, designed for pallets and mesh boxes
• Film thickness 0.15 mm, considerably heavier than a tote box bag and fit for transport
• Typical bleeder resistance 10^10 to 10^11 ohm
• Roll of 40 pieces for direct withdrawal at the packing station
• Recyclable

Application

Wrapping complete pallets and mesh boxes of electronic assemblies before dispatch, dust and splash protection during outdoor handling and covering load units that stay in buffer storage for longer. A version with 1850 mm bag height is available for taller loads.
