Components usually travel from goods receipt through the store to assembly in one and the same container, and that container is part of the ESD concept. This IDP-STAT tote box measures 400 x 300 x 120 mm on the outside and 355 x 255 x 115 mm on the inside, made of permanently volume conductive polypropylene with a typical bleeder resistance of 10^9 - 10^10 ohm.

Application

Inside the EPA the box works as transport and buffer container between goods receipt, picking, placement and test. The pallet module footprint lets it pass along euro pallets, flow racks and trolleys without repacking. The dissipative polymer ensures that charges drain in a controlled way instead of collecting on the container while parts are put in and taken out.
