PU Foam Dissipative, Pink, Profile 1:1, 490 x 460 x 20 mm - Warmbier 4918.1.20

When an assembly is shipped, the insert decides whether the part travels inside the box and what surface it rests on. This dissipative PU foam is cut to 490 x 460 x 20 mm for the ESD shipping box 5510.918 and needs no further adjustment before it goes in.

Application

The sheet is used as cushioning inside the ESD shipping box 5510.918, both for external shipment of electrostatic sensitive devices and for in house storage within the EPA. It replaces hand cut inserts whose edges never sit tightly against the box wall.
