Filter cartridge PTFE main filter series 300, 2.2 m² filter area, pack of 2 - ULT 02.1.581

In dust-heavy processes a plain fibre fleece loads up deep inside within a short time. A cartridge with a PTFE membrane works as a surface filter instead: the dust stays on the outside and can be cleaned off. For the 2 Pa units of the ULT 300 series this is the main filter stage.

Technical data

Applications

Extraction of dust-laden process air in electronics manufacturing and metalworking, for instance laser marking, grinding and deburring, and soldering processes with a high solid content. Wherever a fleece main filter blinds too quickly, the PTFE cartridge pays off in service life.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For the ULT 300 series in the 2 Pa version, specifically LAS 300 2Pa, SRA 300 2Pa and ASD 300 2Pa. Delivery comprises two filter cartridges, prefilter and adsorption stage of the unit are ordered separately.
