Filter mat M5 prefilter set of 10 series 400 - ULT 02.0.029

A clogged prefilter cuts the volume flow and loads the downstream HEPA or adsorption stage. This M5 class mat traps coarse particles and aerosols before they reach the filter pack of ULT 400 series units.
