Soldering tip bevelled 60° 1.0 mm T series 325-358 °C - Thermaltronics T60BV010

Drag soldering a row of leads only works if the tip carries solder without leaving bridges. The T60BV010 does this with a 60° bevelled face 1.0 mm wide that holds a defined solder reservoir. As a T-series cartridge it sets its own working temperature and keeps it within 325-358 °C.

Technical data

Applications

Drag soldering SOIC and QFP lead rows of moderate pitch, rework on single pins and soldering of small flat assemblies. The narrow bevel is also useful for lifting excess solder off a joint.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The cartridge plugs into the SHP-T handpiece and runs on the TMT-5000S-1 and TMT-5000S-2 soldering stations. One soldering tip is supplied per order unit.
