Soldering tip bevelled 60°, 1.78 mm, 14 mm length, T series - Thermaltronics TM80BV350

The 60° ground face of the TM80BV350 picks up solder and draws it in a controlled way across a row of pins. Compared with the short version, the 14 mm tip adds reach, for instance inside enclosures or behind header strips.

Applications

Drag soldering of fine pitch rows, soldering of header strips and shielding cans, rework on assemblies with high heat dissipation.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Fits the SHP-T hand piece and therefore the Thermaltronics TMT-5000S-1 and TMT-5000S-2 induction soldering stations. Delivery covers one cartridge, the heating element is built in and is replaced together with the tip.

The cartridge is RoHS compliant and lead-free, which makes it suitable for the usual SAC lead-free solder alloys.
