The 145-2000-ESDN compact filter is the main filter for extraction units of the MG 140 series. It combines H13 class particle separation with a broadband gas filter of 50 % activated carbon and 50 % chemisorb, so solder fume particles and flux gases are retained in one element.

Applications
Scheduled filter replacement on MG 140 extraction units used for solder fume and vapours. Replacement is due when the unit filter monitor reports or when suction at the nozzle and extraction arm noticeably weakens.
Compatibility and scope of delivery
Delivered as one compact filter for the MG 140 device series. The matching fine dust pre-filter for MG 140 is available separately and should be changed more often to extend main filter service life.
The particle filter stage corresponds to filter class H13 to EN 1822.
