The conductive grounding tape from Safeguard links ESD floor tiles into a continuously dissipative floor system. It is laid out in a grid pattern on the subfloor before the tiles are installed, creating the electrical contact between the tiles and the grounding point so that electrostatic charges are dissipated under control to IEC 61340-5-1.

Benefits

  • Ensures continuous earthing of ESD tile installations
  • Laid in a simple grid pattern beneath the tiles
  • 50 m roll for area installation

Technical specifications

  • Width: 100 mm
  • Thickness: 0.08 mm
  • Length: 50 m per roll
  • Colour: black
  • Selling unit: 1 roll

Applications

Installation of conductive ESD floor tiles in electronics manufacturing, cleanrooms, data centres and assembly areas with electrostatic protection requirements.

Standards
