JBC RBA-A. Soldering head for automated soldering processes

• designed for use in automated soldering processes and for holding JBC components such as the Solder Feeder SFT with Guide Kit GSFR and the TR soldering iron
• can also be combined with fume extraction and a camera for monitoring the soldering process
• allows two independent automatic movements by pneumatic actions:
• Movement of the lifting unit: integrated pneumatic lifting unit enables fast Z-axis movement to and from the soldering position. The lifting unit has a spring-loaded buffer stroke of 5 mm to reduce the risk of collisions
• Nozzle actuator movement: Nozzle control allows the dispensing tube to be moved up to 90° in and out of the feed position to facilitate tip cleaning with the CLMR tip cleaner
