ESD transport pallet, conductive black, 1200 x 800 x 150 mm, 3 skids - Warmbier 5395.800

In the store and on the way to the line, pallets carry the entire load of an EPA. This pallet in the euro pallet size of 1200 x 800 x 150 mm is made of permanently volume conductive polypropylene, weighs only 11 kg itself and takes a dynamic load of 1000 kg.

Technical data

Application

The pallet takes ESD containers, board magazines and packed assemblies in the store, in line side supply and during in-house transport. The resistance of 10^3 - 10^4 Ohm is measured to a groundable point such as a metal plate underneath the pallet.

Reinforcement

The pallet can be reinforced with three galvanized metal pipes. The permitted load in a high rack then rises from 400 kg to 800 kg.
