Digital torque tester 0.015 to 1.5 Nm with USB interface - Kilews KTM-15

A screwdriver counts as process-capable only as long as its torque is proven. The KTM-15 measures from 0.015 to 1.50 Nm with a deviation of ±0.5 percent and therefore covers the whole range of precision drivers used in electronics assembly.

What the tester delivers

• Measuring range 0.015 to 1.50 Nm at ±0.5 percent accuracy, enough to verify drivers from a tenth of a newton metre upwards.
• USB interface for transferring measurement series to the computer as the basis of the test record.
• Selectable measuring modes and units plus an auto-reset function for fast series of readings.
• Battery operation with a 4.8 V Ni-MH pack, 12 hours of working time and 180 minutes charging time.
• Compact bench format of 230 x 125 x 65 mm and 1.8 kg, so the unit can stay at the test bench.
• Works with the AJ-15 and AJ-3 joint simulators for hard and soft joint behaviour.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The instrument is combined with the AJ-15 and AJ-3 joint simulators to reproduce hard and soft joints. A battery is built in and charges in about 180 minutes.
