ESD Kapton polyimide tape 15 mm x 33 m, film 0.06 mm, up to 300 °C

Masking larger contact areas and connector strips before the solder wave takes time with narrow tape. This dissipative polyimide tape in 15 mm width covers them in a single pass, stays dimensionally stable up to 300 °C for short periods and peels off without residue.

Applications

Solder masking of whole connector strips and contact rows before wave soldering, protection of displays and housing edges during rework, fixing wire harnesses for temperature measurement and masking assemblies for coating.

One roll of 15 mm width and 33 m length on a core with 76 mm inner diameter. The series offers further widths from 6 to 25 mm for smaller or larger masked areas.

The dissipative resistance range is intended for use in EPA areas according to IEC 61340-5-1.
