Combination filter cassette complete with H14 particle filter for MDF filter shaft - ULT 02.1.524

For filter changes on ULT extraction units with an MDF filter shaft. The combination filter cassette is supplied fully assembled and covers the whole filter train from pre-separation through to gas adsorption, so separation performance returns to the design level after the change and the change itself stays low in contamination.

Technical data

Applications

Replacement filter for scheduled servicing of extraction and filtration units that clean solder fumes, process vapours or odours in recirculation mode. A change is due as soon as the filter loading indicator reports 100 percent or the required volume flow is no longer reached.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as a complete cassette consisting of panel filter, fine dust filter mat, H14 particle filter and adsorption filter. It is intended for ULT units with an MDF filter shaft. Check the shaft designation on the rating plate of the unit before ordering.

Filter class H14 is defined in DIN EN 1822.
