Automatic solder wire feeder PC and PLC controlled - JBC SFR-B

The SFR-B handles automatic solder wire transport in robot and inline processes and is controlled by a PC or PLC. Control parameters such as wire length and dispensing speed are adjustable, and a wire detector sensor monitors the feed and reports clogged or used up on a transport error.

Automated solder wire feeding at robot and inline soldering cells in electronics production. The communication protocol for connecting to a robot, PC or PLC is available as JBC software for download.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Compatible with the GSFR solder wire guide kits, available for different wire diameters and with or without solder wire perforation. The GSFR guide kits are not included. Supplied as a unit (order unit piece).
