Mobile extraction and filter unit for fine dust and fume 190 m³/h - ULT ASD 0160.1-MD.11.10.3001

Changing workstations need extraction you can move without giving up suction. The ASD 0160.1-MD.11.10.3001 is a storage filter unit with a footprint of only 405 x 355 mm that moves up to 190 m³/h while building up to 3,200 Pa of vacuum, so it also copes with high-resistance extraction arms. Its nominal duty point is 80 m³/h at 1,900 Pa.

The upstream Z-Line filter holds back most of the coarse dust and the filter mat catches cooled smoke fractions. Together they stop the H13 cassette from clogging early. Changing the prefilters at shorter intervals keeps the main filter stage working for a long time.

Applications

Extraction at individual workstations in manufacturing and industry, for example grinding, engraving, polishing, filling and dosing operations and restoration work, so for small to medium dust loads such as grinding dust as well as fume. The filtered clean gas can be returned to the room in recirculation mode, so no heat is lost. Recirculation is not permitted for carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Supplied as one ULT 160.1 series extraction and filter unit with a 3.0 m EU mains cable. Two Ø 50 mm intake ports are standard, and a bracket lets the unit carry one Alsident S50 extraction arm. DN 50 hoses, hoods, extraction arms, the SUB D9 interface cable and replacement filters are ordered separately.
