The knife-holding hand needs protection without losing feel. The CUT ALLFOOD STEEL combines fine steel fibres and a stainless steel core in a very dense knit, and its cut resistance reaches the highest level 5 to DIN EN 388:2016.

The 10 gauge knit adapts to the hand like a second skin and keeps tactile sensitivity high. The light glove fits either hand, is food safe, washable at up to 95 °C and long-lasting.
