Where a lot of hard cutting happens every day, fine gloves wear out quickly. The Allfood Strong is made of synthetic high-performance fibres with a stainless steel core in a coarse 7 gauge knit and reaches cut protection class 5.

The knit has no seam that presses or rubs. The 28 cm glove is particularly tear and abrasion resistant, food safe and washable at up to 92 °C.
