The R470017 is a chisel-shaped R470 series soldering tip with a 4 x 1.8 mm blade and 15° angle for automated soldering processes. Its square cross-section centres the tip exactly in the iron and lets it be set in four positions in 90° steps. It fits the TR470 and TRA470 soldering irons.
