When the scoring groove is passed over once, sensitive components located close to the scoring groove can be damaged by tensile and compressive stresses. Passing over the scribe groove twice with motorized readjustment of the blade distance already minimizes the stresses considerably. The quality of the assembled PCBs is significantly improved.
