Description

Moisture-sensitive devices such as BGAs or QFNs must stay dry until they reach the placement line. Safeguard DRY-PACK bag 20-082-1020 combines a moisture barrier with an MVTR of no more than 0.0003 g/100 in²/24 h and ESD/EMI shielding below 10 nJ. At 254 x 508 mm it takes reels, trays and assemblies.
