Moisture sensitive parts need a barrier layer, ESD sensitive parts need shielding. The Dry-Shield shielding bag combines both in one film, its water vapour permeability is defined and the transmitted discharge energy stays below 10 nJ in the energy test.

Dry packing of semiconductors, displays and populated assemblies, shipping and storage of ESD sensitive goods outside the EPA. The 254 x 305 mm bag is filled, evacuated if required and welded shut, while the printed moisture symbol marks the dry pack clearly in the warehouse.
