When shafts are dismantled and reassembled, the circlip has to be expanded, guided over the shaft shoulder and set back cleanly into its groove. The 46 23 A21 circlip pliers work on shaft diameters of 19 - 60 mm dia. and hold the ring with non-slip tips of 1.8 mm dia.
