Anyone turning screws in live distribution boards needs insulation that has been tested, not insulation that is only judged when something goes wrong. The 98 25 03 screwdriver drives Pozidriv cross recessed screws in size PZ3 with a 150 mm blade and is VDE tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900, so it is rated for work on live parts up to 1000 V.
