Stripping knife with guide shoe and sickle blade, 38 mm blade, 23.5 mm radius, VDE insulated, 180 mm - Knipex 98 55

When stripping cable, the blade tip decides whether the core insulation survives. The 98 55 stripping knife carries a guide shoe at the tip that rides on the insulation and stops the blade from cutting in, while the sickle shaped hook blade of 38 mm length and 23.5 mm radius opens the sheath.

Standards and conformity

The knife is tested to DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900 for insulated hand tools used for live working. According to the manufacturer it contains no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive does not apply to this product.
