Brushless ESD electric screwdriver for reaction arm, 12-22 Nm, 150 W - Kilews SKD-LRBK220-ESD

At 12 to 22 Nm a hand-held screwdriver without support reaches its limits. The SKD-LRBK220-ESD is built for use on a reaction arm and holds steplessly set torque within ±5 %.

The brushless motor runs at a free speed of 370 rpm and drives machine screws up to 10 mm in diameter.

Applications

Assembly of larger units on semi-automatic or fully automatic lines: automotive parts, air conditioning, electrical and telecom equipment, home appliances, large LED and LCD panels and medical devices. Hung from a spring balancer (for example Kilews KL-2000), it keeps operator fatigue low at high volumes.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The screwdriver runs on the Kilews SKP-40B-HL-800 power controller (DC 40 V, 9 A), ordered separately. Alternatively the SKP-BC40HL-800 screw counter powers the tool and monitors the screw count at the same time. Scope of delivery: electric screwdriver.
