Guide Tube Set with Wire Perforation for 1.2 mm Solder Wire, for SF280 Wire Feeder - JBC GSF12V-B

The SF280 automatic solder feeder only feeds evenly when guide tube and wire match. The GSF12V-B converts the feeder to 1.2 mm solder wire. The built-in perforation scores the wire down to the flux core, so flux flows and outgasses better and solder and flux spatter is avoided.

Benefits

• Fits single-core solder wire Ø 1.2 mm.
• Wire perforation down to the flux core against spatter while soldering.
• Quick guide set change when a different wire diameter is used.

Applications

Converting the SF280 on automatic wire feed soldering stations when processing 1.2 mm solder wire.

Compatibility

For the SF280 solder feeder of the JBC automatic wire feed station. Other wire diameters are covered by separate GSF guide sets.
