Automatic-feed soldering station without wire perforation, 150 W, 0.38 to 0.4 mm wire - JBC ALE-204A

On fine pitch joints the amount of solder decides whether a bridge forms or the pad stays open. The ALE-204A feeds 0.38 to 0.4 mm solder wire automatically at 55 mm/s, so every joint gets the same amount. Both hands stay free for component and assembly.

Applications

Fine soldering on SMD assemblies with small pitch, on sensors, camera and connector modules as well as in laboratory and prototype work. Wherever a small and always identical solder volume is required.

The station works with the ALE250 automatic soldering iron and the C250 tip series. According to the manufacturer specification table the delivery contains: Soldering station ALE-204UA. The guide wheels of the kit are already fitted, other wire diameters need their own guide kit.
