Ultimus V precision dispenser pre-calibrated, 0 to 7 bar, 400 memory locations - Nordson EFD 7012589

In critical bonding and potting processes the stability of the pressure decides the dot size. The Ultimus V controls the output pressure electronically between 0 and 7.0 bar and holds that value across the whole batch. 400 memory locations store recurring jobs, and the unit arrives pre-calibrated.

What the unit does

• Fully electronic pressure control from 0 to 7.0 bar, so dot size does not drift within a batch.
• Auto-increment mode adjusts the dispensing parameters after a set number of shots or after a set elapsed time, which compensates for materials that thicken.
• 400 individual memory locations for recipes, plus continuous mode, timed mode and teach mode.
• Time range from 0 to 9.9999 s at more than 600 cycles per minute, so short takt times stay repeatable.
• Multi level operator lock and a cycle counter keep the process traceable in production.
• RS-232 and sub-D interfaces for control and data capture, end of cycle feedback signal at 5 to 24 V DC.
