ESD soldering system 80 W with MX-PS5200 power unit and USF-1000 solder wire feeder - Metcal MX-5270

Placing many identical joints costs time and consistency when solder wire is fed by hand. The MX-5270 combines the Metcal MX-PS5200 power unit with the USF-1000 wire feeder: feed length and speed are stored as programs, and the controller holds up to 30 of them.

Supplied with MX-PS5200 power unit, USF-1000 wire feeder and Sleeper Workstand. The cartridge removal pad is replaceable. The system has no classic collection container for solder residue. Compatible with MX series handpieces and SmartHeat cartridges, for example the MX-H10-MFT MicroFine tweezer handpiece.
