Manual solder paste dispenser DPM with metal mechanism for 3 cc and 5 cc - JBC DPM-C

Too much paste means bridges, too little means cold joints. The manual DPM dispenser shortens the travel between finger and application point, which makes the amount per stroke far more predictable. It takes syringe barrels of 3 cc or 5 cc and works with solder paste, adhesive and flux.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The dispenser is supplied on its own. Solder paste and dispensing needle are not included. Matching syringe barrels of 3 cc and 5 cc as well as stainless steel and plastic needles are available separately. The manufacturer offers the plunger for the DPM as a spare part.

Standards and compliance

The manufacturer property table does not rate the dispenser as ESD safe. Use inside an EPA should be cleared with your own ESD coordinator. The manufacturer is JBC Soldering SL in Spain.
