High-precision side cutter, semi-flush, 0.3 to 0.6 mm, ESD grip - JBC HPC-413

Between heat sink, connector and electrolytic capacitor there is often only a gap left for the cutter head. The HPC413 belongs to the family of small oval cutters, whose head shape carries enough material for service life and still reaches into tight areas. The semi-flush edge is built for robust cuts in hard wire up to 0.6 mm.
