High-precision flush diagonal cutter 121 mm, cutting range 0.1 to 1.0 mm, ESD - JBC HPC-422

When component leads are trimmed, the remaining stub decides whether rework is needed. The HPC-422 cuts flush and covers 0.1 to 1.0 mm, which is 38 to 18 AWG, from fine wrapping wire to a sturdy component lead. At 121 mm overall length the head stays small enough to work in densely populated areas.
