Large joints pull heat away faster than a slim tip can supply it. The C250436E works with a chisel face of 5 x 1.7 mm and a thicker tinning layer built for repeated work in series production. The thicker layer extends service life but lowers thermal efficiency compared with thinly tinned tips.

Compatibility

C250 cartridges are developed for the ALE250 automatic iron and the AP250 manual iron. Both feed solder wire and allow one handed work. Other JBC cartridge ranges such as C245 or C115 do not fit these tools.
