Cleanroom foam swab with square 27 x 16 mm head, 129 mm, ISO 8 - DS Safety Wear DFS707

Larger areas and overlapping zones are hard to clean efficiently with a narrow swab. The square 27 x 16 mm foam head covers more surface and works gently on sensitive parts.

Key benefits

• Square 27 x 16 mm foam head for efficient surface cleaning
• Open-cell 100 ppi PU foam with high particle pick-up
• Low non-volatile residue (NVR) and low ionic content
• Heat-sealed PP shaft, no adhesive contamination
• Soft, non-abrasive foam, usable wet with common solvents

Applications

• Surface cleaning of work surfaces and larger components
• Removing particles, solvent and media residues
• Cleaning interfaces, transitions and gaps
• Cleaning processes in production and laboratories up to ISO 8
