For ESD workstations where the same torque is always required, Wera supplies the Kraftform 7451 ESD with a customised value set at the factory within 0.3-1.0 Nm. No setting is needed at the workplace and the surface resistance of ≤ 10⁹ Ohm protects the components.

Standards and safety

The resistance requirements for ESD screwdriving tools are specified in DIN EN 61340-5-1, which includes a handle made of a defined conductive material. The chuck is designed for bits to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3.
