ESD Personnel Test Station Wristlab II wall mounted complete with footplate - Iteco 9264950

Anyone running an EPA has to verify the personnel grounding of every person entering it. The Wristlab II personnel test station 9264.950 does this on the wall next to the entrance: one touch on the contact pad measures the wrist strap and both shoes separately and returns a clear pass or fail result.

What this version offers

• Wrist strap and footwear tested to IEC 61340-5-1 in a single operation
• Left and right shoe measured separately so a faulty shoe is not masked by the other one
• Test voltage of 50 V or 100 V for accurate readings on high resistance soles
• Wrist strap window 750 kΩ to 35 MΩ, footwear upper limit selectable from 10 MΩ to 200 MΩ
• Relay contact for releasing a turnstile or a door opener
• Powered by a 9 V battery, so no mains socket is required at the entrance

Four operating modes

• Simultaneous measurement of wrist strap and footwear in a single test
• Wrist strap only, for operators seated at the workstation
• Footwear only, for visitors without a wrist strap
• HandsFree: if both shoes pass the series measurement, the internal relay switches and releases the access gate to the EPA

At the EPA entrance in electronics manufacturing, in repair laboratories, in test engineering and in warehouses handling ESD sensitive assemblies. The wall version suits every place where a solid wall or a partition is available next to the door.

Accessories and compatibility

The dual footplate 9264.965 extends the shoe test and the stand 9264.953 turns the wall version into a free standing station. Annual recalibration is covered by certificate 9264.955, in house verification by the resistance decade boxes 9264.980 and 9264.981.

The order code is completed with a language letter (I, F, E, D, H, S). This version is supplied with the English instruction panel.
